Here’s Our 5 Movies to Check Out in June!

We are half way through 2019 and the movies are just heating up! We have so many great movies to look forward to in the second half of the year, but before we get to far ahead of ourselves, let’s check out the 5 movies we are looking forward to in the month of June!

5. Child’s Play

Starring: Mark Hamill, Aubrey Plaza, Gabriel Bateman and Brian Tyree Henry. Child’s Play opens in theaters June 21st.

4. Shaft

“When his best friend dies under mysterious circumstances, an FBI cyber security expert joins forces with his father — the legendary cop John Shaft — to scour the streets of Harlem, N.Y., and uncover the truth.”

Starring: Samuel L. Jackson, Richard Roundtree, Jessie Usher, Regina Hall, Alexandra Shipp, Lauren Velez, Method Man and Avan Jogia. Shaft opens in theaters on June 14th.

3. Men in Black: International

“The Men in Black have always protected the Earth from the scum of the universe. In this new adventure, they tackle their biggest threat to date: a mole in the Men in Black organization.”

Starring: Tessa Thompson, Chris Hemsworth, Liam Neeson, Emma Thompson, Kumail Nanjiani and Rebecca Ferguson. Men in Black: International opens in theaters June 14th.

2. Dark Phoenix

“Jean Grey begins to develop incredible powers that corrupt and turn her into a Dark Phoenix. Now the X-Men will have to decide if the life of a team member is worth more than all the people living in the world.”

Starring: James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Sophie Turner, Tye Sheridan, Alexandra Shipp, Evan Peters and Jessica Chastain. Dark Phoenix opens in theaters June 7th.

1. Toy Story 4

“Woody, Buzz Lightyear and the rest of the gang embark on a road trip with Bonnie and a new toy named Forky. The adventurous journey turns into an unexpected reunion as Woody’s slight detour leads him to his long-lost friend Bo Peep. As Woody and Bo discuss the old days, they soon start to realize that they’re worlds apart when it comes to what they want from life as a toy.”
