The New Trailer for ‘Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2’ Has Arrived!

Disney has officially released the long-awaited new trailer for Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2. The sequel follows video game bad guy Ralph (John C. Reilly) as he and his best pal Vanellope (Sarah Silverman) discover and navigate the world wide web to find a replacement part for Vanellope’s game, Sugar Rush.

Overall, it’s a fun new trailer. We get our first true look at how big into the interweb this film will go. The scene featuring all of the Disney Princess’ will no doubt get everyone talking, but for the most part it feels as if something is off. When the film was announced, the idea of venturing into the gigantic space that is the internet was quite exciting, but with Disney seemingly owning or having part of many of the world’s big properties, it almost feels as if it’ll be a nod to everything they’ve accomplished.

But let’s not forget, the best thing about the first movie was just how much of a surprise it was. Disney Animation had always struggled before a few years ago, and Wreck-It Ralph was in the early days of its re-establishment. Let’s hope the sequel it able to not only capture the magic of the first, but give us something new and different entirely.

Check out the new trailer below and after doing so, head down to the comments and leave your thoughts! How do you think it looks compared to the first? Will you be checking it out opening weekend? Also featuring the voices of Taraji P. Henson, Jack McBrayer, Jane Lynch, and Alan Tudyk, Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 sweeps into theaters on November 21st.
