‘Daredevil’ Season 3 May Have Found Their Bullseye

Not much has been said about Marvel and Netflix’s season 3 of Daredevil, but today we might have gotten our first big clue as for what to expect in the next season of the show. Information has been pretty quiet as Jessica Jones was the first Marvel/Netflix character to have a solo return after The Punisher. It was followed up most recently by a new trailer for the next Marvel/Netflix hero Luke Cage. While it is presumed that Iron Fist will be the next release after Luke Cage, Marvel/Netflix has stated they would like to get Daredevil released in 2018 also.

As far as the premise for Season 3, not a lot is known as we said before. It may be safe to assume that Daredevil will be dealing with someone of the aftermath of The Defenders a Wilson Bethellittle bit more than the other characters due to his tie to Elektra. It has also been rumored that The Kingpin will be making his villainous return in some fashion. But the most exciting news seems to be that we will finally be getting one of Daredevil’s fan favorite villains in Bullseye. While it hasn’t been confirmed officially, it is being said that actor Wilson Bethel has been cast in the role of Bullseye. Wilson Bethel has been cast for a while now, but under the title of unnamed FBI Agent, leaving many to think that this is just a cover for the villain Bullseye. For those of you unfamiliar with Bullseye, he is a deadly accurate assassin who is not only a skilled assassin but an expert in hand to hand combat. Rumors have also been circulating that the show will adapt the Daredevil comic book classic storyline “Born Again”. This story sees The Kingpin tear apart Matt Murdoch’s life, breaking him from within after he discovers who Daredevil is.
