‘Black Panther’ Featurette Teases Epic Battles & Strong Wakanda Forces

There’s no doubt that Black Panther will introduce a number of amazing new aspects to not just the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but the film world in general. This film is an entire new ball game, and if that’s hard to believe, then watching its latest featurette should, without a doubt, do the trick.

The trailers tis far have shown plenty of badass things, but one thing that has only been teased is the overall warrior culture of the film. The behind-the-scenes footage is spear-headed by stars Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Luptia Nyong’o and Danai Gurira, who give us just the slightest idea of the combat and specifically, the Dora Milaje in Ryan Coogler’s film.

Out of all the new characters to join the MCU in the last few years, it’s Black Panther I know the least about. I know the basics, and what I need to know for his involvement and his alignment, but I’m a blank canvas when it comes to his backstory, where he’s from and the culture he’s surrounded with. Black Panther looks like the Captain America: The Winter Soldier of this new phase of movie, a film that change the way we think about comic book movies (again). For myself, it’s the world around T’Challa that I’m most excited to see, with the Dora Milaje right in the heart of that.

Check out the new featurette below, and after doing so, head down to the comments to leave your thoughts! Where does this movie rank among your 2018 list? Does the action and hand-to-hand combat look like the best Marvel has ever produced? Coogler’s Black Panther hits theaters in less than a month on February 16th.
