Yes, I Still Love Movies & Writing!

Its been awhile since I’ve been in front of a keyboard, typing my thoughts onto a blog for all to see. I’ve been busy attempting to balance my life. Movies and writing have always been, and will always be a big interest. However, I also crave some outdoors and adventure. Life is too short not get out and experience. Then out of the blue, I met someone who loved just that, and even fell in love. For a short while, my life felt balanced.

Over the past few months, several life events took place, some of which hit my self-esteem, and some which humbled the hell out of me. Still, whenever life hits you, that’s when you hit back even harder. For me, that means getting back to my routine, while also trying new things. Being the hardest worker in the room, staying fit, sharing good times with old friends and new ones, all while discovering new hobbies, like (surprisingly) line dancing, and cooking delicious meals.

Regardless of how much life I’m filled with, I’ll forever have the urge to get in front of a keyboard and express my thoughts, especially in regards to movies. When I’m not out and about, I’ll spend some time writing, watching one of my favorite movies, or discovering a new one. Its the perfect time of the year to stay warm with a cup of hot tea, or warm sake depending on your style, and watch a movie or TV show with friends or a loved one.

This will be the first of many more blog posts to come in 2018. For now, have a great holiday season everyone! Stay warm, and watch movies, especially Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
