Charlize Theron is a one of a kind actress. She can do anything and has for years now. A family adventure in Mighty Joe Young. A little romantic getaway with Matt Damon in The Legend of Bagger Vance. A serial killer in Monster A superhero (twice), a fairy-tale evil queen, an apocalyptic hero, a blockbuster villain, and now a badass action star. Need I say more?

Being that I’m not that old as of yet, I unfortunately didn’t get the chance to see much of her earlier work. I have been able to dabble over the years, with both The Italian Job and The Legend of Bagger Vance holding a special place in my heart, but I’ve sadly never gotten around to Monster or some even earlier such as Men of Honor or Reindeer Games. Either way, I’ve seen enough of her fantastic beauty and talent to know what kind of actress she is, and that’s one I wish there was more of. Hopefully she’s able to continue this incredible run she’s on and given the chance at even better opportunities, like a Furiosa spinoff or maybe a foot in let’s say Marvel’s door? Hmm.
