This weekend’s Comic Con is going to be massive. It will be full of complete nerd moments from fans of all the major comic book properties. And while it’s expected that Marvel, DC, X-Men, and maybe Sony will bring down the house, there’s many other flying under the radar that will bring something of their own, one being Matthew Vaughn’s Kingsman: The Golden Circle.
Because of the surprising success of its predecessor, The Golden Circle has quickly became one of this year’s most anticipated blockbusters. To this point, we’ve only see one trailer and a handful of images, but thanks to a new set of character posters, it seems they have something planned for fans at SDCC this weekend. Being that there’s no Kingsman universe or spinoffs going on, that we know of anyway, it’s expected that a trailer may be dropped early Saturday, which leaves fans like me incredibly pumped.
Like I said above, Kingsman was a huge surprise, one that was such a damn good time. It was such a fresh and different take on not just the spy genre, but the comic book as well. Sure, Deadpool and Logan really elevated the genre with their R rating, but don’t forget, Kingsman did it first. Anyway, check out the new set of posters below! Also, make sure you stay close as we’ll be doing our best cover everything SDCC this weekend. Vaughn’s Kinsman: The Golden Circle hits theaters on September 22nd, 2017 and stars Taron Egerton, Julianne Moore, Mark Strong, Halle Berry, Channing Tatum, Jeff Bridges, and Colin Firth.
