This past weekend was filled with some straight nerdgasm level stuff. Disney held their very own D23 Expo this past weekend and on top of the massive Marvel panel that pretty blew the roof off the building, a little thing called Star Wars brought something that had just as big of an impact.

By now you’ve seen the epic sizzle reel from this weekend, footage which showed some extremely exciting things. But who says you can’t watch it again? If you’re a true fan, this reel will never get old. I’ve watched it every possible way I can at this point, and it’s still as great as it was the last time. Sure, it’s filled with more stuff from behind the camera than in front, but who says that’s not just as good? More looks at a force-trained Rey. More looks at a helmet-less Kylo Ren. More looks at Mark Hamill’s true return to Luke Skywalker. And so much more in what felt cinematically epic. Lucasfilm may not be bringing Star Wars to this weekend’s San Diego Comic-Con, but in my mind, this sizzle reel is plenty enough to hold us over until a second trailer. I mean, any kind of Star Wars is better than none, right?
