7 New ‘Wonder Woman’ Clips Offer Best Look at the DC Film Yet; See New IMAX Posters

It’s been a long time coming, but Wonder Woman is finally just over a week away from officially hitting theaters. The hype is real, but even better, early reviews are more than just positive. Fans are craving something just good from DC and their larger extend universe. All signs right now point towards the Patty Jenkins film being exactly that.

There’s not much more I can say on the film. With the marketing for this film being on steroids for what seems like the last year, I’ve expressed my thoughts and feeling towards it time and time again. Scroll through our Wonder Woman search and you’ll see what I’m talking about. But, of course, I’m not going to leave ya’ll hanging. In short, my excitement for this movie is truly at an all-time high, which is much different from what it was last week.

My feelings towards the DCEU are no secret, but Wonder Woman looked like something different. It has always looked like a possible changing of the guard for the young universe. And usually, I try to stay away from any kind of critical or early screening response as I like a fresh mind going in, but I couldn’t help myself on this one. And also because every major critic I follow blew up their social media the second the embargo lifted… But unlike most, I was okay with this one.

Anyway, in what I hope is the last push to get fans in the seats following two tough outings in Batman v Superman and Suicide Squad, Warner Bros. has released seven new clips for the movie. I personally haven’t watched them, but from everything I’ve heard and read, they offer the strongest look at the type of film this movie will be. Along with the clips, a trio of new IMAX exclusive posters have been released on the web. It’s unclear whether or not these one-sheets will be attached to IMAX screening across the country. As for the look, they are each capable of standing alongside the pretty damn incredible run of posters this film has had. Did you see the one with the tank? Geeesh.

Don’t forget to head down to the comments and let me know what you think. Did you watch the clips? Anything featured you would’ve rather seen in theaters? What about the posters? Want one? Jenkins’ Wonder Woman hits theaters next Friday on June 2nd, 2017 and stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, David Thewlis, Danny Huston, and Saïd Taghmaoui.
