New ‘Office Christmas Party’ Trailer Takes Wild to the Extreme

Paramount has released a second trailer for their upcoming holiday shenanigan movie Office Christmas Party. Directed by Will Speck and Josh Gordon and starring Jason Bateman, T.J. Miller, Olivia Munn and Jennifer Aniston, the comedy follows a Branch Manager an this Chief Technical Officer as they rally their co-workers and host an epic office christmas party in an effort to impress a potential client and close a sale to save their jobs after his CEO sister tries to close his branch.

The first trailer for Office Christmas Party was a very strong first trailer, as it featured a number of great comedy moments that didn’t really feel like spoiler-territory. Now of course, the big thing with comedy trailers is the hope that it isn’t giving away its strongest moments. The following trailer does a good job of recutting much of the same footage, while also planting new scenes in between those we’ve seen, giving us a new look at the hopeful holiday comedy.

As with every comedy, there’s still a big possibility that all the funny moments won’t hit in the theater because they were seen too many times in trailers, but going off of this trailer, Office Christmas Party looks like quite a treat. 2016 feels like a comedy drought, as I can’t think of the last good comedy I saw off the top of my head. Hopefully Office Christmas Party is able to stop the drought, especially the time of year it’s being released.

Check out the brand new trailer below and give us your thoughts in the comments. How does it look? Which trailer do you like more? Are you looking forward to it? Office Christmas Party hits theaters December 9th, 2016 and stars Jason Bateman, Olivia Munn, T.J. Miller, Jillian Bell, Courtney B. Vance, Kate McKinnon, and Jennifer Aniston.

In Office Christmas Party, when the CEO tries to close her hard-partying brother’s branch, he and his Chief Technical Officer must rally their co-workers and host an epic office Christmas party in an effort to impress a potential client and close a sale that will save their jobs.
