Hot damn it’s been a while since I’ve done one of these! Due to being quite busy on the weekend and where the end of the month rolls around, I haven’t been able to create a monthly poll asking about favorite releases. But luckily for me, I was able to find time and squeeze this one in because I like seeing the general consensus and finding out which movie was the favorite of the month.
Months ago, October looked like a very promising month, one of the more promising of the Fall. Fast forward to now, I’m comfortable saying that there were much more disappointments than successes, which is a big bummer. Nothing did stellar at the box-office, but some like The Accountant and even Boo! A Madea Halloween were hits with the average movie-going audience. While I personally haven’t had the chance to check out either of those, my vote for my favorite October release goes to another, but we’re not talking about mine. This poll is asking you. So, without further ado, what was your favorite release of October? Jack Reacher: Never Go Back? How about the indie The Birth of a Nation? Or maybe the thriller The Girl on the Train? Cast your vote below and let us know why in the comments.
