See New Images for ‘Doctor Strange’, ‘Fantastic Beasts’, ‘Hacksaw Ridge’ & ‘Miss Peregrines Home for Peculiar Children’

The fall movie season is now upon us! After an unfortunate disappointing summer, Fall 2016 looks like it’s one of the more promising in the last few years. While it features a number of Oscar hopefuls, as it usually does, it also features a number of bigger blockbusters that will hit home hard with fans across the world.

As for some of those Fall releases, I’ve been able to collect a number of new images for four of the bigger releases we’ll see in the coming months. The first two will demolish the box-office, collecting money up and down cinemas across the world. The third features a number of elements that may be featured in next year’s Oscars, even with a bit controversy behind it. And the final, and definitely not least, will more than likely be one of, if not the family movie of the Fall, if the director is able to capture some of his classic magic.

Marvel’s Doctor Strange, while a complete mystery to almost everyone, is a damn exciting project. Marvel continues to change their genre within a genre technique, with Scott Derrickson’s Doctor Strange taking that to an entire new level. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is a no-brainer. Not only does it come from the hugely, hugely, hugely poplar Harry Potter franchise, David Yates is directing (he directed the final four Harry Potter‘s) and author J.K. Rowling wrote the screenplay. Uh? Hacksaw Ridge is the wild card. The story, performances, era, and trailer are amazing, it’s an Oscar lock for me. But the issue is it comes from director Mel Gibson. I personally don’t care and am able to separate his lives behind and outside the camera, but some just can’t. And Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children is definitely no slouch, as everything from the movie so far has told us that Tim Burton is finally getting back to Tim Burton things. Could this be the movie that The Martian was for Ridley Scott?

Check out all the new images below, and let us know in the comments your thoughts on all these movies. Which one(s) are you most excited for? Are you not looking forward to any? Why or why not? Doctor Strange is released in our dimension on November 4th, 2016. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them opens November 18th, 2016. Hacksaw Ridge hits theaters on November 4th, 2016. Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children is released on September 30th, 2016.
