New International Trailer for ‘Rogue One’ Reveals More Footage

Last Thursday we were given one of the greatest Star Wars trailers ever, flat-out. Disney and Lucasfilm  unveiled the second official, first full-length trailer for the first ever Star Wars spinoff, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story last Thursday night during the Summer Olympics. The announcement came days before so the anticipation was at an extreme high and it absolutely delivered. It featured everything we needed to see from a second trailer, which included the return of the Dark Lord himself, Darth Vader.

Now, just days after the release of that trailer, a first official international trailer has dropped for the movie. Being Star Wars and how popular it is worldwide, international draw is a huge part of the film, so it only seems fitting that Disney and Lucasfilm would be focusing on intentional play just as much as they are here in the states. My thoughts, excitement, anticipation, and everything else on this film are known. December can’t get here fast enough, and the new trailer from last week only made that worse. As for this intentional trailer, it is a lot of the same footage, but features a few new, very cool shots, as well as some new dialogue and story points.

Check out the new international trailer below and let us know your thoughts in the comments. Did you like, well, how much did you like the second trailer? How excited are you for this film? Sound off! Gareth Edwards’ Rogue One: A Star Wars Story hits a theater in a galaxy near you on December 16th, 2016 and stars Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Ben Mendelsohn, Forest Whitaker, Alan Tudyk, Riz Ahmed, and Mads Mikkelsen.
