4 Trailers from the Past Week

Just as I do each week, I scavenge the YouTube space for all the trailers that hit the web outside of the big budget, everyday trailers. So, because there needs to be no further introduction, here are four trailers released over the past week.

Precious Cargo

Release date: April 22nd.

Set in a world of double crossing professional thieves, Eddie is a crime boss trying to score the profits from another crook’s heist.

Maggie’s Plan

Release date: May 20th.

Story of a young woman and the joys and pitfalls of trying to make your own way in New York City.

Hostile Border

Release date: March 11th.

Raised in the U.S., Claudia is an undocumented illegal immigrant living beyond her means in a twisted version of the American dream. When she’s arrested by the FBI for credit card fraud, Claudia is quickly deported to Mexico. Speaking no Spanish and lost in her foreign “homeland,” she reluctantly takes refuge at her estranged father’s cattle ranch. As she clashes with her unyielding father, she her attempts to return to the U.S. thrust her into a dangerous bond with a foreign smuggler, Ricky. Caught between her father’s sermons, Ricky’s promises, and the encroaching military, Claudia must navigate a tightrope of impssible choices.

Kill Command

Release date: TBA.

Kill Command is a sci-fi action thriller set in a near future, technology-reliant society that pits man against killing machines. Against this backdrop an elite army unit is helicoptered to a remote, off-the-grid island training facility. What starts out as a simple training exercise for Captain Bukes and his tight-knit unit, descends into a terrifying battle to the death, as the marines discover the island is overrun by an enemy that transcends the human concept of evil.
