4 (Great) Trailers from the Past Week

After quite of a bit of a hiatus, we’re back with 4 trailers from the past week. While we’re still getting used to writing down 2016 instead of 2015, Hollywood’s usual schedule is starting to get back into its groove just as much as we are. Each week sees anywhere from a handful to a dozen new trailers released each week. Most of the time, many get overlooked because the bigger budgeted films get most of the love.

Well, because they deserve it just as much, this segment is dedicated to the smaller movies and the trailers they release each week. This weeks include the comedy Elvis & Nixon starring Michael Shannon as Elvis and Kevin Spacey as President Nixon, Tumbledown with Rebecca Hall and Jason Sudeikis, Colonia starring Emma Watson and Daniel Brühl, and A Bigger Splash.

Elvis & Nixon

Synopsis: The untold true story behind the meeting between the King of Rock ‘n Roll and President Nixon, resulting in this revealing, yet humorous moment immortalized in the most requested photograph in the National Archives.

Release date: April 15th, 2016.

Colonia

Synopsis: A young woman’s desperate search for her abducted boyfriend that draws her into the infamous Colonia Dignidad, a sect nobody ever escaped from.

Currently does not have a U.S. release date.

Tumbledown

Synopsis: A young woman struggles to move on with her life after the death of her husband, an acclaimed folk singer, when a brash New York writer forces her to confront her loss and the ambiguous circumstances of his death.

A Bigger Splash
