Paramount has released the first trailer for their upcoming comedy war drama Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. Based on a true story, the movie stars Tina Fey as journalist Kim Barker (the author of the book it’s based on) as she recounts her time spent covering the war in Afghanistan in 2002.

I actually enjoyed the trailer very much. I’m an avid fan of Tina Fey, have been for a while now. Although I love watching her drop her usual comedy chops, this is the type of movie I love seeing her take on. Of course it has some great comedy moment in true Tina Fey style, but there seems to be some great drama moment going on as well. And because of the time period and place it takes place in, how can there not be? It’s also a huge plus seeing the outrageously beautiful Margot Robbie pop in there. Seeing Fey and Robbie bounce off of each other is definitely one of the more exciting things going for this movie.

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot has a March 4th, 2016 release date. Directed by Glenn Ficarra and John Sequa starring Tina Fey, Margot Robbie, Martin Freeman, Alfred Molina, and Billy Bob Thornton.
