In Theaters This Week (8/27/15): ‘No Escape’ & ‘We Are Your Friends’

This is one of the lesser anticipated weekends for movies this year as the Summer movie season is coming to an end. However, I am very interested in the two releases coming out this week in No Escape starring Owen Wilson and We Are Your Friends starring Zac Efron. The reason I am interested in these films is mostly due to the stars of the films. Check out the synopsis’ and trailers below to decide if you’ll be seeing one of these movies this weekend.

First Up:

No Escape starring Owen Wilson and Lake Bell. Directed by John Erick Dowdle (As Above, So Below).

Synosis (IMDB):

In their new overseas home, an American family soon finds themselves caught in the middle of a coup, and they frantically look for a safe escape in an environment where foreigners are being immediately executed.

Next Up:

We Are Your Friends starring Zac Efron, Emily Ratajkowski and Jon Bernthal. Directed by Max Joseph.

Synopsis (IMDB):

Caught between a forbidden romance and the expectations of his friends, aspiring DJ Cole Carter attempts to find the path in life that leads to fame and fortune.
