Empire Magazine has released some new photos for Batman V Superman which focuses on the film’s three kings in Lex Luthor, Superman, and Batman.
The photo showing Lex Luthor (Eisenberg) standing at center court confirms an earlier rumor about his company headquarters (LexCorp) featuring a basketball court. I have no problem with this, as this further demonstrates the differences in this version of Lex from previous ones. I’ve always been in support for a young, rich, and genius type Lex Luthor. Its very modern and fitting for this DC universe.
I’m curious to know if there’s any significance to where Superman (Cavill) is at in the center photo. From the looks of it, I’m guessing that’s where him and Batman battle it out, because of an earlier photo which showed Batman in his mech suit crashing into a building similar to the one above.
Finally the photo of Batman (Affleck) in his mech suit standing by the Bat symbol is just pure awesome. Signaling his frenemy of his whereabouts for the ultimate showdown. Gotta say I love these pics and that Warner Bros is keeping this film on our minds, even with so much time till its release.
