Peter Dinklage Has Some Crazy Funny Demands in a New ‘Pixels’ Clip; Go Behind the Scenes with a Featurette & Official B-Roll Footage

I know the guy has had some major hits in his career, but I am completely off the Adam Sandler train, have been for the last few years. He’s just been making god-awful movies over, and over, and over again, it’s pretty unfortunate because he used to be the king of comedies.

So when it came time for Sony’s new video-game invading comedy Pixels, my hopes just aren’t to high because of Mr. Sandler. Now I will say that I am still somewhat interested because of a few things. First off, the concept, it’s actually a very fun idea. And two, Josh Gad and Tyrion Lanister himself Peter Dinklage. I’m a big fan of both and am very excited to see what they can do with these type of roles, especially Dinklage.

If you followed my last post on Vacation, you saw my rant about releasing to much footage. And even though I don’t like seeing clips released for comedies, I checked this clip out because I just don’t have very high hopes for the film, and I’m damn glad I did. Dinklage rocks the hell out of it and is a serious show-stopper. It doesn’t raise my anticipation or anything, but it gives me a bit more of hope that maybe Pixels can be something more then what I’m imagining it will be.

Check it out for yourself, as well as some behind-the-scenes footage:

What do you think? Can Pixels actually be a fun movie or will Sandler’s terrible run continue?

Pixels turns on on July 24th, 2015. Directed by Chris Columbus starring Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Michelle Monaghan, Peter Dinklage, Josh Gad, Brian Cox, Sean Bean, Ashley Benson, Jane Krakowski, and Dan Aykroyd.
