Ridley Scott’s films may be down in the dumps lately, but one thing is for sure, he knows how to bring a cast together. Whether it’s Prometheus, The Counselor, or Exodus: Gods and Kings, you can look at those line-ups for each and say wow.

Now for his next film, The Martian, it might be the best he’s ever assembled on screen. These new images for The Martian don’t feature all of the great talent it will have, but it features a good amount, led by Matt Damon and Jessica Chastain.

Although the first trailer seemed like it gave a BUTT LOAD away, I’m still looking forward to it. I might regret it later on because of the downward spiral Ridley Scott seems to be on, but a sci-fi/thriller set in space is just a weak spot for me, especially when it has a stellar cast like this one.

I don’t need to see another trailer because the first was plenty, but I am looking forward to seeing more images and posters of the film to see where and how all these actors/actresses fit in. Speaking of that, check out this pretty cool map giving us a look at where these characters will be when the events of The Martian hit theaters later this year.
