See a Ton of New Footage in the Thrilling New ‘Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation’ Trailer!

Yesterday saw a whole bunch of new images and character posters released for the next entry into the Mission: Impossible series, titled Rogue Nation. After the last Mission: Impossible movie, this franchise is definitely one of the most exciting action franchises out there. The first trailer for Rogue Nation looked to be exactly that, becoming one the most anticipated action movies of 2015. Now a new trailer has landed for the fourth installment and man is just keeps looking better.

Here’s the official synopsis:

Ethan and team take on their most impossible mission yet, eradicating the Syndicate – an International rogue organization as highly skilled as they are, committed to destroying the IMF. Ethan Hunt’s highly effective but destructive Impossible Mission Force (IMF) has been disbanded by vengeful Washington bureaucrats such as the CIA chief (played by Alec Baldwin). But Hunt pulls his team together (Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames and newcomer Rebecca Ferguson) to battle the shadowy force known as “The Syndicate” and its elusive leader (Sean Harris).

I thought the first trailer kicked some ass (and it did), but this one kicks some major ass. The action isn’t only front and center for us to get excited, but it gives much more about the plot of the movie. This is the trailer that’s a perfect lead into the movie, giving us just enough of everything. I’m happy it got moved up to July because I’m looking forward to this movie just as much as anything else this summer.

Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation hits theaters July 31st, 2015. Directed by Christopher McQuarrie starring Tom Cruise, Jeremy Renner, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Ving Rhames, Sean Harris, and Alec Baldwin.
