Check out 5 New ‘Inside Out’ Clips: Memories, Emotions & Broccoli Pizza!

Pixar’s Inside Out is more than likely on everyone’s summer lists by now. I’ve been excited for the project from the beginning, but everything I’ve seen has gotten me that much more excited. Now with it only a few weeks away, a set of new clips have been released over the past week to get movie-goers ready and excited for what looks to be an extraordinary movie.

I’ve said it in the past, I have stepped away from watching any actual footage of movies following the first and second trailers. I want to save as much as I can for the theater, especially one with this kind of potential. But that shouldn’t stop you from checking out the clips below, as I imagine they are good.

The last time I was this excited for an animated film was Toy Story 3, look how that turned out. I’ve heard amazing things about this movie and I just can’t wait to see how it turns out.

Here’s the official synopsis:

The film will be set in the head of a young girl, Riley, where five emotions – Joy, Anger, Disgust, Fear and Sadness, try to lead the girl through her life. Growing up can be a bumpy road, and it’s no exception for Riley, who is uprooted from her Midwest life when her father starts a new job in San Francisco. Like all of us, Riley is guided by her emotions – Joy (Amy Poehler), Fear (Bill Hader), Anger (Lewis Black), Disgust (Mindy Kaling) and Sadness (Phyllis Smith). The emotions live in Headquarters, the control center inside Riley’s mind, where they help advise her through everyday life. As Riley and her emotions struggle to adjust to a new life in San Francisco, turmoil ensues in Headquarters. Although Joy, Riley’s main and most important emotion, tries to keep things positive, the emotions conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house and school.

Inside Out opens June 19th, 2015. Starring the voices of Amy Poehler, Phyllis Smith, Bill Hader, Lewis Black, Mindy Kaling, Diane Lane, and Kyle MacLachlan.
