It’s still hard to believe, but Deadpool is actually happening. Just a few short weeks ago it officially started filming in Vancouver, and outside of any kind of disaster, it’s less than a year away from hitting theaters. And just as hard as it is to believe that movie is coming, it’s even harder to believe that we’re getting an R-rated Deadpool starring Ryan Reynolds, cue the excitement!

Deadpool was filming Vancouver’s Georgia Street Viaduct yesterday and because there’s always someone around with some type of camera, we get a bunch of cool looks on set. The images come from Just Jared, where we get some very, very awesome looks of Deadpool on set while filming. These images show off some great stuff, including close-ups on that badass suit and the Pool showing off his skills.

Like I said, AWESOME looks. It’s not known whether or not hat it Ryan Reynolds in the suit, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it is. And either way, it’s still extremely cool to see Deadpool in action. As for the scene, rumblings have been saying that this is a recreation of the sequence used for that amazing Deadpool Test Footage that started all of this. It definitely looks like it could be, decide for yourself:
