Like me, most moviegoers are waiting for this year’ gigantic summer movie season to start on May 1st with that little Marvel movie, but don’t overlook some titles that hit before then. One of those is Last Knights, which has definitely been flying under the radar over the last several weeks. The action/adventure does have a trailer, which you can see here, but some new images have been released featuring the two leads, Clive Owen and Morgan Freeman.

Clive Owen is a fallen warrior who rises against a corrupt and sadistic ruler to avenge his dishonored master, Morgan Freeman, in this epic and sword-clashing adventure of loyalty, honor, and vengeance.

He hasn’t always been in the most award or blockbuster worthy movies over the years, but Clive Owen has always been a charismatic actor who gives a solid performance in whatever he’s in. While it’s pretty unknown right now, Last Knights could end up being very entertaining. If I get the chance to see it in theaters, I would love to check it out. Otherwise, I’ll definitely be looking for it on demand.
