Robert Downey Jr. Drops Iron Man ‘Age of Ultron’ Poster; Teases Big Announcement

Let’s face it, Robert Downey Jr. is one of the coolest dudes on planet earth. Since the day he was brought on by Marvel to play Tony Stark aka Iron Man, he has embraced it and has enjoyed the ride with the fans through all the movies. And now that we know RDJ will be sticking around in the MCU for at least a few more movies and with Marvel’s biggest movie to date hitting in just two months, RDJ is no doubt enjoying it more than ever.

With yesterdays release of the official poster for Age of Ultron, it seemed like the official starting point for the marketing  of Marvel’s gigantic superhero team-up sequel. And it seems like it was exactly that as Tony Stark himself has released, vi tweet, the first character poster for Age of Ultron, which of course features our favorite genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist in his latest Iron Man suit.

As you can see from RDJ’s tweet, he has teased and let us all know that some big announcement is happening in 8 days. What could it be? Nobody besides RDJ and Marvel have any idea. A few possibilities could be a brand new trailer, an announcement of another Iron Man movie, or maybe even the announcement of RDJ and Marvel sealing the deal on a contract that will keep RDJ as Tony Stark for many more movies to come. Who knows, the possibilities are endless right now. But whatever it is, a big announcement within the MCU is coming our way in just 8 days! So stay tune as I will have this ‘big announcement’ as soon as it becomes known.
