Ant-Man images reveal villainous YellowJacket

So what if the first trailer for Ant-Man didn’t blow our minds away. The trailer did exactly what I wanted it to do, which was introduce audiences to this unheard of character and give some insight into who Scott Lang is (played by Paul Rudd). Now we have new images that show us the villain Yellowjacket (played by Corey Stoll), along with Rudd’s Scott Lang character who still looks like he’s trying to come to terms with what’s being offered by Hank Pym (played by Michael Douglas).

I’m hoping that Yellowjacket isn’t some throw away villain that Marvel Studios has a tendency of doing. Those sharp blades coming out of his sides make him look dangerous, so I’m hoping the writers gave the character more. I’m sure the future trailers will tease some sweet battle sequences between him and Ant-Man, which should boost anticipation for Marvel’s newest property on the big screen.

Your judging this movie based off it’s 1st trailer?

The next evolution of the Marvel Cinematic Universe brings a founding member of The Avengers to the big screen for the first time with Marvel Studios’ “Ant-Man.” Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, master thief Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world. (Marvel)
