Over the years we have come absolutely love movies starring Liam Neeson. Why? Because he kicks major ass. It doesn’t matter if the movie isn’t what it could’ve been or just sucks, because most of us go watch to go see Neeson crush everyone in his path. This year, on top of seeing him in the comedy sequel Ted 2, we will see Neeson stepping into the hitman role again and again, kicking major ass. Here’s the first look at Run All Night.
Official synopsis:
A retired hitman must face his best friend, a big crime boss, in order to save the life of his estranged son and his family.
I’m like every other action fan out there, I always enjoy a Neeson led action flick. From his dangerous set of skills to scary phone calls, it’s flat-out entertainment. But what intrigues me even more is the supporting cast he has around him. Ed Harris as the villain only makes sense and is awesome. Then you have Joel Kinnaman, who I like, playing Neeson’s son, the always great Vincent D’Onofrio, Common, the gorgeous Genesis Rodriguez, and the up and coming Boyd Holbrook who’s putting together a nice resume. Here’s to hoping that it can be as good or just near as it sounds.
Here’s the first official images as well:
