Just a little while ago, we got our first look at Guillermo del Toro’s next project, Crimson Peak. Crimson Peak is returning to the haunted house horror flick that fans fell in love with so many years ago, and del Toro is the perfect guy to return with. The movie is highly anticipated on many fans 2015 list, as well as mine. Although a trailer probably won’t hit for a while, we now have more looks into del Toro’s haunted house.

Not only do we have a look inside the haunted house, the images feature two of the stars we will see – Tom Hiddleston and Mia Wasikowska.

Here’s a synopsis:

A young woman (Wasikowska) is swept off by her feet by a charismatic suitor (Hiddleston) and taken back to his ancestral home.  There she finds more than she bargained for, including a jealous sister (Chastain) and more than a few skeletons in the closet.

I’m really looking forward to it. Not only am I a big fan of horror, I’m a big fan of del Toro and the stars bringing the story to life. On top of Hiddleston and Wasikowska, it stars Jessica Chastain, Charlie Hunnam, and others. Is October really that far away?

Crimson Peak has a October 16th, 2015 release date. Directed by Guillermo del Toro starring Tom Hiddleston, Mia Wasikowska, Jessica Chastain, Charlie Hunnam, and Burn Gorman.
