Avengers: Age of Ultron poster reveals a detailed look at The Vision

One of the characters that I’ve been looking forward to seeing in Avengers: Age of Ultron is newcomer “The Vision”. The synthetic humanoid will be voiced by actor Paul Bettany, who in previous Marvel films voiced J.A.R.V.I.S. (Tony Stark’s A.I.).

Through all the marketing for Avengers: Age of Ultron, we have yet to get a clear look at the character (at least something from Marvel) until now. Instagram user israel06 posting a new amateur shot of some Age of Ultron promotional art, which places “The Vision” at the center of the Avengers team.

For those who aren’t really familiar with “The Vision”, I wrote a basic overview of the character which you can read here. As for the poster, it’s a really cool piece that shows Earth’s Mightiest Heroes as they unite to take down a deadly new threat. Out of curiosity, I’m wondering why there isn’t any sign of “The Twins” (Quicksilver and Scarlett Witch) in this poster. It could be a number of reasons as to why that is, but I only wonder because of the rumors that they are introduced as villains who turn good (hence become Avengers), but ANYWAYS.

We can expect a new trailer at the beginning of the new year, as the Avengers: Age of Ultron  releases in theaters on May 1, 2015.
