The Kingsman comic books are well loved, as they should be, they are some damn good work. It’s been one of those non-superhero comics that fans have been wanting to be made into a movie for sometime now. It’s set to release early next year and from everything we’ve seen so far, it looks like it might live up to the hype. If you are still a little iffy on it, this latest trailer and set of character poster might change your mind.
Kingsman: The Secret Service tells the story of a super-secret spy organization that recruits an unrefined but promising street kid into the agency’s ultra-competitive training program just as a global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius.
Here’s the latest character posters featuring Colin Firth, Taron Egerton, and Samuel L. Jackson:
I’m so waiting for this one. I’ve heard incredible, incredible things about the comics and with a guy like Matthew Vaughn in the director’s chair, it’s got to be good. Vaughn may only have fine credits under his belt, but those credits are Layer Cake, Stardust, Kick-Ass, X-Men: First Class, and now this – he’s going to be a big time director for a long, long time. Kingsman should make for some pretty entertaining theater time come next year.
Kingsman: The Secret Service opens February 13th, 2015. Directed by Matthew Vaughn starring Colin Firth, Samuel L. Jackson, Mark Strong, Taron Egerton, Mark Hamill, Jack Davenport, Tom Prior, Sofia Boutella, Sophie Cookson, and Michael Caine.
