In an era where there are supernatural creature movies coming out all the time, I’ll be the first to say that I’m just tired of them. They are usually always the same thing with only maybe one or two that are actually good. For Dracula Untold, that’s how I felt when I first saw footage to it. Well, I’ve got to say it’s winning me over with each new thing that comes out. That’s exactly what this new featurette and clips do, check them out.

Official synopsis:

Facing threats to his kingdom and his family, Vlad Tepes looks to make a deal with dangerous supernatural forces – without succumbing to the darkness himself.

Although I am a huge fan of Luke Evans, this movie started out as something I would just scroll right over on my computer or phone screen. But like I said above, over the last few months it has started to win me over more and more with it’s marketing. It may turn out to be just another interesting take on the legendary vampire, but I’ll be going in looking forward to it and hopefully come out pleased, just as I did with one of my guilty pleasures Van Helsing.

Dracula Untold is set to open on October 10th, 2014. Directed by Gary Shore starring Luke Evans, Sarah Gadon, Dominic Cooper, Charles Dance, Samantha Barks, Paul Kaye, Noah Huntley, William Houston, and Zack McGowan.
