Henry Cavill & Amy Adams On Set 'Batman V Superman'

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has become the countries biggest phenomenon over the last few months. Everyone is taking the challenge while nominating more. Over the last few weeks, it has reached out to celebrities and movie stars who are doing it in their backyards, at the office, or even on movie sets in full costume.

Although I am not able to get the video (I’d advise to look it up because it’s completely awesome), there are some badass screenshots from that video. As you can see, Henry Cavill and Amy Adams decided to take the challenge together, as Superman and Lois Lane! From these shots we get our first real good and detailed look at the Zack Snyder’s new Superman costume for Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Away from the imbedded belt, there isn’t much difference from the two costumes. There is the detail that goes along his rib cage and around his wrists. I’ve even heard people talk about the lighter color of the suit, but to be quite honest I don’t see a difference from the Man of Steel version. It may look lighter now, but who knows what it will look like during the movie as Snyder’s tone is a bit darker giving it more of a darker look.

All in all, it’s pretty freaking cool to get some snapshots of Cavill as Supes up close like this. The fact that we won’t get to see him on screen for more than a year does suck, but this definitely does help. Plus, it seems like we are getting more and more on BVS each week now, I wouldn’t doubt that that Comic Con teaser trailer or an updated version could be on it’s way here pretty soon. So stay tune!

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice will hit theaters on March 25th, 2016. Directed by Zack Snyder starring Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, Jesse Eisenberg, Scoot McNairy, Jeremy Irons, Holly Hunter, Callan Mulvey, Tao Okamoto, Jason Momoa, and Ray Fisher.
