Set Images: Henry Cavill as Superman in 'Batman V Superman'

Since Comic Con back in late July, filming for Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice has really picked up on production. Most recently, we got a first look at Ben Affleck on set as Bruce Wayne.  Now we move to his superhero counterpart, as we get our first good look of Henry Cavill on set (and in suit) as Superman.

Below is a bunch of images from the set of Dawn of Justice from a couple different on-lookers who luckily snapped some shots for us all. We can see Henry Cavill walking on set in his Supes suit the last one easily being the best look of them all.

From just these few shots, we can see a couple of different changes to Superman’s look from Man of Steel. First is the best one, the hair. In Man of Steel, Cavill was sporting an early version of the classic Superman hair, it looked similar but it just wasn’t quite there yet. Now, it looks almost exact to what we all know. There isn’t the classic curl, but that has kind of gone out of style in the comics as of recent. Now we see the solid part and curl over his head, really channeling his inner Supes.

From the last image, we can see just minor changes to the overall look of the suit. Some belt and stitching details have been altered to Snyder’s Superman suit, giving just a little tiny update from Man of Steel.
