'Guardians of the Galaxy' Villains Get Their Own Posters

Karen Gillan in 'Guardians of the Galaxy'After yesterdays release of posters for other key characters in the new universe of the Guardians, it was only a matter of time until we saw character posters for the star villains of this story. Luckily for us they came a day later, showing off the main baddies that will go up against Star-Lord and his team. Yeah, they are pretty awesome.

We’ve known for a while now that these would be the 3 faces the Guardians would be facing off against. We’ve seen glimpses of them throughout each trailer, TV spot, little images, and featurettes released for the movie – but now we get some solid shots of them in their own character posters.

The main villain is Ronan the Accuser played by Lee Pace, which I’m personally ecstatic for. Next is Nebula (Thanos’ adopted daughter and sister to Gamora) played by Karen Gillan. The dynamic is going to be really cool, I can’t wait to see the whole sister facing off against each other thing play out. Lastly is Korath the Pursuer played by the brilliant Djimon Hounsou. We do know that Thanos is pulling all the strings for these guys and that he will at least be mentioned by name in the movie. Unfortunately at this point he is still hiding in the shadows, but don’t expect that to stay that way for to much longer.
