First Look: 'Max Steel' Coming to the Big Screen

'Max Steel'The Max Steel property first started out in a line of action figures in the 90’s followed by a aimed series in the early 2000’s. Many people don’t know much about it, but basically all you need to know is that Max Steel one day gains super powers from a laboratory accident and is given a robotic suit to use those powers. We have our first set of images from the movie thanks to Movie Fone.

There is no official synopsis for the movie yet, but like I said above that is all you really need to know to start. From the first images it looks like the main arc of the character is still intact. We see Max (played by Ben Winchell) with a torn short which could be the lab accident, then as we go down we see him growing into those new found powers with some help along the way. It also looks like he may still be able to use those powers without that completely badass robotic suit he will have in his arsenal. There isn’t much to get from these for the plot as of now and there isn’t really much to get excited about at this point. As of now, it looks like it might just be another standard hero journey of discovering the new found powers. But who knows, it might look a little different and more interesting as it gets closer.
